Graphic Designer

About the role

Roche's Global Digital Hub, part of the Roche Services & Solutions Center, supports central digital initiatives with social media management, brand support, digital publishing, marketing automation, copywriting and creative design. As a Graphic Designer you will create visually appealing designs for various platforms, working closely with the team to develop creative concepts that fit brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine designs from concept to completion using design software and tools.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and team members, and guide junior designers with feedback.
• Develop design concepts that communicate brand messages and meet project goals.
• Manage several projects at once, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Create assets for print, digital graphics, social media, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Keep all deliverables consistent with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet quality standards.
• Fluent English and good communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of typography, colour theory and layout design
