Global Sales Performance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Global Sales Performance Analyst to join our Global Sales Performance team, supporting B2B reporting across Europe and North America. The role focuses on building, maintaining and troubleshooting Power BI solutions while gaining a deeper understanding of the business behind the reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain semantic models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations and report logic.
• Work with various data sources and understand how they connect into Power BI.
• Partner with data owners and technical teams to resolve data, access, refresh and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and optimise reports, models and refresh processes.
• Validate reporting outputs and flag inconsistent or unclear results.
• Support testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance of Power BI solutions.

Required profile

• BSc in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Sales/Marketing or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience developing Power BI solutions in a business environment.
• Good working knowledge of data modelling, particularly dimensional modelling and star schemas.
• Solid DAX, data‑modelling and SQL skills with experience in relational databases.
• Ability to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity, using available data, assumptions and early prototypes to create clarity.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, to communicate with colleagues across Europe.
