Global Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Global Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring across nine locations, from intake to signed offer. You will build and manage pipelines for tech, commercial and operations roles, leveraging AI tools and a proactive sourcing approach.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake, advertising, sourcing, screening, coordination and offer management.
• Proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, community outreach and market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assessment criteria and maintain decision momentum.
• Integrate AI tools throughout the funnel for drafting, research, screening support and structured assessments.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain pipelines for future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech or international markets.
• Comfortable building pipelines through outbound sourcing rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Experience hiring across multiple levels, from entry to management.
• Fluent English with negotiation‑level communication skills.
• Ability to challenge hiring managers when market talent does not match expectations.
