Fuel Pricing Consultant

About the role

Join Circle K Business Centre in Riga as a Fuel Pricing Consultant, supporting the European fuel market. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate product master data and cost set‑ups within the ERP system, ensuring pricing integrity across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain fuel product master data and cost‑related configurations in the ERP system for the European market.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of product cost data.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve daily pricing errors in system interfaces.
• Provide user support for fuel pricing master data and act as the primary contact for cost set‑ups.
• Participate in projects, perform process testing, and suggest improvements for standardisation and automation.
• Communicate regularly with internal departments and external partners.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with business processes, IT system integration and data flows.
• Experience with Microsoft business suite and relevant industry software.
• Knowledge of accounting or trading systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel skills and a proactive, improvement‑driven attitude.
