About the role

Turn your passion for luxury into a flexible freelance opportunity. As a Luxury Brand Evaluator you will discreetly assess customer experiences in boutiques, online stores, or during product returns, providing feedback that helps premium brands improve their service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Visit selected luxury boutiques or evaluate online purchase journeys.
• Interact naturally with sales staff as a regular customer.
• Observe service quality, store atmosphere, and attention to detail.
• Submit structured feedback through CXG’s digital platform.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not under contract with any retail brand to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail‑oriented and reliable.
