Flight Analysis Engineer

About the role

Redwire Corporation is seeking a Flight Analysis Engineer to conduct in‑depth analysis of flight telemetry data. You will support the flight operations team by identifying anomalies, generating insightful reports, and ensuring data quality throughout design, development, and post‑flight phases.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily telemetry analysis to detect performance issues or anomalies.
• Prepare detailed technical reports highlighting trends, concerns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during investigations and issue resolution.
• Process large telemetry datasets, extract relevant information, and maintain flight databases.
• Provide technical expertise during design, development, and post‑flight reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in flight telemetry analysis or data analysis within aerospace or aviation.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear technical reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as MATLAB.
• Programming experience in Python or similar data‑processing languages.
• Ability to work with large datasets and data‑processing software.
