Finance Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Associate to join our Riga office and provide hands‑on support to our Luxembourg finance team. The role is hybrid, allowing up to two remote days per week, and focuses on recurring accounting and finance activities to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Support recurring accounting tasks for the Luxembourg entity, including journal entries and accruals.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year‑end close processes, preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
• Prepare expense analyses, investigate unusual movements and supply clear information to the Luxembourg team.
• Execute supplier and business payments, ensuring proper approvals and accurate records.
• Perform bank, cash, intercompany and other reconciliations, resolving differences promptly.
• Support regulatory, statutory and management reporting by preparing data, reconciliations and schedules.
• Coordinate information for statutory audits and other assurance reviews.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
