Field Support Representative Specialist

About the role

Redwire Corporation is seeking a Field Support Representative Specialist to provide on‑site operational and technical assistance for its UAV and electro‑optical surveillance solutions. The role ensures customers receive prompt, high‑quality support while maintaining deep product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
• Diagnose issues, offer guidance, and document all interactions in company systems.
• Participate in the standby rotation schedule to guarantee continuous coverage.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Product Management, Customer Service, and MRO teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and aviation standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Fluent in Latvian and English; Russian is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for short‑term business trips abroad.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks.
