Ethics Risk & Compliance Head

About the role

Novartis is looking for an Ethics Risk & Compliance Head to oversee and help build an effective Ethics, Risk & Compliance program in the Baltics and Ukraine or a cluster, aligned with the company's strategy. The role works under the leadership of an ERC Leader and coordinates closely with senior business and representatives from functions such as Internal Audit, Speak Up, Legal and Policy Custodians. It is offered as a temporary contract of 12 to 18 months.

Key responsibilities

• Support the local leadership in implementing the ERC, Risk, BCM, NEM and TPRM programs.
• Provide strategic direction to ERC Heads and support their implementation work.
• Train teams, conduct country visits, onboard key leaders and drive performance management.
• Develop and update ethics risk and compliance tools and materials.
• Support the design and implementation of an Anti-Bribery / TPG framework, review its strategy and policies, and present it to senior management.
• Manage and contribute to ERC, BCM, NEM, EPRM and risk projects, and act as a team member on strategic compliance projects.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events and special cases related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.

What we offer

• Base pay of 45,920 to 85,280 EUR annually.
• Temporary contract of 12 to 18 months.
