About the role

SIZZAPP is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist who can turn ideas into measurable results. You will own the full lifecycle of paid‑media campaigns and continuously optimise performance to drive qualified B2B and B2C leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Identify innovative ways to attract qualified B2B and B2C customers.
• Increase website traffic and conversion rates through ongoing testing and optimisation.
• Design, execute and refine email marketing campaigns.
• Analyse performance data and make fact‑based decisions.
• Manage the advertising budget as if it were your own.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate ad performance into business results.
• Proactive problem‑solver who proposes solutions without waiting for instructions.
• Comfortable defending opinions with data and acknowledging when data suggests a different approach.
• Willingness to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes.
