Digital HR Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to drive the strategic transformation of our HR information systems. The role will support data quality, testing, and user training while shaping a scalable, AI‑enabled HRIS architecture that aligns with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a flexible HRIS architecture that supports evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of HRIS platforms.
• Identify and develop AI and machine‑learning solutions for recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
• Conduct continuous research on emerging HRIS technologies and recommend innovative improvements.
• Develop a roadmap for HRIS upgrades, ensuring long‑term sustainability and adaptability.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on new system features and technologies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HRIS management and system transformation.
• Experience with AI/ML applications within HR processes.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
