Digital Content & Services Lead

About the role

Roche is looking for a Digital Content & Services Lead to oversee the seamless operation and alignment of The Lab’s digital content creation processes, ensuring excellent service experience for affiliates across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee digital content creation processes and drive their evolution.
• Ensure affiliate adoption of digital content and continuously improve the service‑engagement model.
• Supervise affiliate‑facing engagement teams and partner with production and creative teams.
• Support service delivery, propose process enhancements, and monitor content KPIs.
• Collaborate cross‑regionally and share knowledge with other Service Leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business or quantitative field.
• 8‑10 years of digital marketing management experience, preferably in healthcare and consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and strategic project management.
• Customer‑centric mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with project management tools such as monday.com, Trello, Airtable.
• Proficiency in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Knowledge of digital content platforms and audience segmentation.
