Danish Speaking Customer Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Customer Consultant to join our Customer Contact Centre in Riga. You will be the first point of contact for Danish customers, providing assistance by phone and email, handling card support, account administration and order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in Danish and English.
• Provide card support and manage account administration tasks.
• Process new orders, registrations and advise on station campaigns and products.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow‑up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Enjoy communicating with people and finding solutions.
• Fluent in Danish and English (verbal and written, B2/C1 level).
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple systems.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Previous customer‑service experience is an advantage.
