CRO Specialist

About the role

Nutrameg is seeking a CRO Specialist to optimise the customer journey across web and app funnels. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Design and Engineering teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour, identify conversion opportunities and generate data‑driven hypotheses.
• Plan, execute and monitor A/B and multivariate tests, documenting results and sharing insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritise optimisation initiatives based on expected impact.
• Monitor key metrics such as conversion rate, activation, retention, subscription conversion and LTV.
• Identify friction points and recommend UX improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation, growth or product analytics.
• Proven ability to explain metric changes, propose experiments and measure outcomes.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and customer‑journey optimisation.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, comfortable in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Experience with web and product analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Running and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.
• Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
