About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team in Riga. This full‑time position involves preparing high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are consistently followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service flow and meet customer expectations.

Required profile

• Experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
