Continuous Service Manager

About the role

Join Vivicta’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 team as a Continuous Service Manager. You will coordinate ongoing services for Dynamics 365 ERP and Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring customers receive maximum value from their investments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support continuous services for Dynamics 365, meeting SLA and customer agreement timelines.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication.
• Organise consultants, architects, technical specialists and support teams to deliver seamless service.
• Monitor service performance, manage risks and issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare service reports, customer updates and review materials, supporting governance and action tracking.
• Support service transitions, incident handling, change requests, releases, escalations and knowledge‑transfer activities.

Required profile

• Experience in customer‑facing service delivery, project coordination or ERP environments.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and maintain calm in dynamic situations.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Enjoy working with international customers, colleagues and cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented with a growth mindset and curiosity about emerging technologies.
