Content Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Trevolution team within the Dyninno Group Travel division. The role leads a team of six and owns the organic content marketing strategy across travel brands, focusing on social, video, website content, and influencer activity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a content team of six specialists, including social media, video, influencer, and copywriting experts.
• Develop and execute the organic content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and measurable business results.
• Oversee the full content lifecycle from ideation and briefing through production, review, publishing, and performance analysis.
• Own the master content calendar across brands and platforms, aligning social, video, copy, and influencer activities.
• Direct planning, creation, scheduling, and optimization of organic posts, video, and blog content for assigned brands.
• Manage the influencer marketing strategy and budget, including partner identification, campaign execution, tracking, and optimization.
• Collaborate with other marketing and internal teams to ensure content aligns with the broader marketing plan.
• Identify opportunities to repurpose content across brands and improve productivity using automation and AI tools.
• Monitor content trends, algorithm updates, and emerging formats, and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a content team of at least three people with hands‑on ownership of organic content strategy.
• Track record of growing audience, engagement, and business results through organic social, video, website content, and influencer activity.
• Solid understanding of major social platforms, content formats, algorithms, and influencer marketing practices.
• Experience managing monthly influencer marketing budgets ranging from several thousand to tens of thousands of euros.
• Creative, highly motivated, analytical mindset with excellent written and spoken English.
