Consultant Master Data

About the role

Circle K Business Centre in Riga is seeking a Consultant Master Data to implement and maintain fuel product master data in the ERP system for the European market. This temporary 1.5‑year position focuses on data quality, user support, and cross‑department collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain fuel product master data setups in the ERP system across the European market.
• Ensure master data quality and completeness according to internal policies and deadlines.
• Act as the primary contact for product setup and rebranding within the ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve daily errors in interface performance and provide user support.
• Participate in operational projects, perform process testing, and drive improvements and automation.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments and external parties.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, IT or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with business processes, IT systems, data flow and integrations.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize complex issues, and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience working with ERP systems
