Client Success Representative – Remote Contract

About the role

INFUSE is looking for a motivated Client Success Representative to join its remote team on a contract basis. You will be the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and that our solutions are delivered on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with assigned clients.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of INFUSE solutions, aligning with client needs and expectations.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support internal sales and marketing initiatives by providing client insights.
