Client Solutions Manager – Digital Advertising

About the role

As a Client Solutions Manager at Aleph, you will act as the primary consultant for a portfolio of high‑potential advertisers, helping them translate business goals into measurable advertising strategies across leading platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, Google and many others.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term strategic partnerships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Lead client education and quarterly business reviews, delivering data‑driven performance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle—from strategic planning and onboarding to execution, reporting and issue resolution.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market trends and client performance, driving upsell, cross‑sell and renewal initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal sales, analytics, creative teams and platform partners to ensure client feedback shapes product and service offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Native or full professional fluency in Latvian and excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems using data.
• Curiosity for the digital advertising industry and a proactive, "doer" attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
