Client Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Community Manager to drive CLARITY’s B2B presence across social channels, events and customer advocacy programs. The role combines hands‑on marketing execution with direct client interaction to build an active, engaged community that fuels brand awareness and qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Grow CLARITY’s visibility on LinkedIn and Instagram through commenting, reposting, direct outreach and participation in external platforms such as Reddit and industry groups.
• Seed and amplify team‑produced content to generate discussion, increase reach and drive quality website traffic.
• Plan, organise and run webinars, roundtables and CLARITY’s participation in industry events, managing attendance and post‑event engagement.
• Collaborate closely with sales to convert event attendees into marketing‑qualified leads.
• Identify reference clients, coordinate case‑study data collection and involve them in webinars, testimonials and community activities.
• Develop and nurture CLARITY’s expert community by sourcing engaging content, organising discussions and maintaining regular interaction with members, prospects and SAP representatives.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on B2B marketing execution experience.
• Proven track record with LinkedIn and social‑engagement strategies.
• Experience organising webinars and events.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage several activities simultaneously.
• Highly proactive, sales‑oriented and persistent in follow‑up.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
