Chief Financial Officer – Baltic North (Latvia & Estonia)

About the role

As CFO you are responsible for finance management and execution of strategic objectives for Volvo Trucks Baltic North, covering Latvia and Estonia. You will ensure legal and financial reporting compliance, drive profitability and support the management team across truck sales, service market and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Business control including Management Reports
• Legal and financial reporting
• Credit and cash management
• Commercial risk management
• Internal control & compliance
• Investment calculations and follow‑up
• Preparation of Business Review material and secretary to the Board
• Coaching of direct reports and creating cross‑functional teams
• Drive operational excellence initiatives in both markets and participate in group initiatives

Required profile

• University degree in Economics/Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of strong financial management and leadership experience
• Experience in sales and retail operations within the automotive industry
• Experience across finance areas such as treasury, sales finance and cash processes
• Strong leadership, communication and networking skills
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically
