Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

About the role

GoMining is building a platform that combines mining, payments and Bitcoin finance into one seamless experience. It is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to own the global commercial strategy and revenue growth, with end-to-end responsibility for acquiring, monetizing, retaining and growing customers. The CCO works closely with Product GMs, Marketing, Finance and Analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global commercial strategy and revenue performance, set targets and build a predictable operating model with KPIs
• Own unit economics, pricing, discounts, channel efficiency and cross-sell and upsell strategies
• Drive acquisition, conversion, retention and customer lifetime value, including VIP and high-value segments
• Improve sales funnels and launch and measure commercial campaigns
• Partner with Product on roadmaps, pricing, packaging and new product launches
• Lead a commercial organization, run business reviews and forecast, and work with the CEO and executive team

Required profile

• 10+ years in commercial leadership, revenue, sales, growth or business development
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with significant revenue responsibility
• Proven ownership of a large-scale B2C or B2C2B commercial function and revenue growth
• Experience managing several commercial functions such as Sales, VIP, Retention, Partnerships or Revenue Operations
• Strong analytical mindset and close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance and Analytics
• Ability to work in a fast-moving international product company; English C1+

Nice to have

• Fintech, payments, crypto, digital assets or marketplace experience
• Scaling a consumer product with millions of users and multi-geography commercial operations
• Understanding of Bitcoin and the crypto ecosystem
• Building a commercial organization during high growth, or experience with subscription, investment, loyalty or financial products
