About the role

Bonava is seeking a Construction Procurement Specialist to lead full‑cycle purchasing for multiple residential building projects. You will work closely with project and construction teams to define material needs, evaluate technical solutions, and secure the best value for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement for several residential projects and material groups.
• Collaborate with project and construction teams to define requirements and align material and technical solutions.
• Organise price inquiries, analyse offers, evaluate suppliers and lead negotiations on terms.
• Monitor market trends, identify cost‑optimisation opportunities and select the most suitable materials, prices, quality and delivery conditions.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with external partners, handling delivery, quality and complaint issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction procurement or equivalent commercial‑technical experience in the building sector.
• Good understanding of building materials and construction processes.
• Relevant education in construction or material sciences is preferred.
• Proven experience in organising price inquiries, analysing offers and conducting negotiations.
• Analytical mindset, commercial awareness and ability to justify optimal solutions.
• Fluent Latvian and English.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
