Business Operations Analyst

About the role

As the supply network scales, the Business Operations Analyst will become the analytical backbone of the Supply Performance Management organization, owning the single source of truth on supply performance and turning data into decisions. Reporting to the Head of Supply Performance Management, the role spans S&OP, network performance, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the central performance dashboard and metric layer for in‑house and partner operations, defining metrics and baselines.
• Streamline the forecasting cycle by gathering, challenging, and mapping business inputs into planning models.
• Support the planning cycle with forecast and capacity coverage reporting, plan‑vs‑actual tracking, and scenario analysis.
• Maintain partner scorecards, SLA reporting, root‑cause analysis, and capacity reviews.
• Translate analysis into clear, decision‑ready insights, recommendations, and updates for leadership.

Required profile

• Approximately 4 years of experience in analytics, business operations, supply chain, or consulting, preferably in tech or e‑commerce.
• Strong communication skills, able to structure information for operational teams and senior leadership.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset with solid organisational abilities to serve multiple teams.

Required skills

• SQL
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
• Experience defining metrics and building dashboards from ambiguous business questions.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) is a plus.
