Business Operation Associate in Marketing (Italian speaking)

About the role

Join Roche's Global Digital Hub as a Business Operation Associate in Marketing, supporting digital initiatives and customer communications across the organization. You will work with global stakeholders to enhance digital performance and ensure compliance with digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end digital customer communications and notifications using global platforms, managing mailing lists and tracking distribution.
• Drive digital product activation and master data management in SAP and WoMDER to ensure complete, compliant, and accurate setups.
• Provide daily operational support to global stakeholders and affiliates, resolving tool logic issues, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining audit readiness.
• Collaborate with affiliates on localized inputs, system rollouts, and user enablement via standard platforms like Cornerstone.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, provide feedback, and drive process standardisation, automation, and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc degree (preferably in Digital Marketing, IT, Communication, or Business).
• 1–3 years of digital operations or shared services experience.
• Strong English and Italian communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, customer‑focused with a passion for digital systems and continuous improvement.
