Business Development Lead – AI Video Intelligence (Baltics)

About the role

TechTree is recruiting on behalf of an AI video intelligence company that builds GDPR‑compliant solutions to automatically detect situations of interest in video streams. The role will open and own a new market across the Baltic states, working hybrid from Vilnius, Tallinn or Riga.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and close business development opportunities with public sector bodies and large private operators across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
• Build and activate a trusted network of decision‑makers in municipalities, government/defence‑adjacent entities, transport, logistics and security operators.
• Move fast from first contact to signed agreement, leveraging relationships you already have.
• Act as the primary local point of contact, coordinating with leadership on deal strategy and occasional in‑person visits.

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales track record in the Baltic states with an immediately activatable network.
• Comfort covering all three Baltic markets – Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.
• Fluent English; strong current Baltic market knowledge (Lithuanian a plus).
• Based in Vilnius, Tallinn or Riga preferred; Helsinki or Copenhagen also considered.
• Self‑starting, fast‑moving and comfortable selling into security, defence or public‑sector buyers.
