Business Controller – Baltics

About the role

The Business Controller will act as the bridge between Finance, Operations and Sales across the Baltic region and corporate headquarters. You will ensure that business performance is accurately reflected in financial information, KPIs and reporting, providing insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate financial, sales and operational data from multiple departments into a consistent business view.
• Ensure KPIs, management information and corporate reporting tell a clear, unified story.
• Analyse performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Challenge data quality, investigate inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in data collection, reporting processes and finance‑related business processes.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance to provide timely, high‑quality information.
• Support planning, reporting and other finance initiatives as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Controlling, FP&A or Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to link financial data to business operations.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, independent work style with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
