BSOC Specialist – Network Operations

About the role

Baltic Service Operations Center is seeking a BSOC Specialist to monitor Tele2’s Baltic network and support daily service operations. The role involves handling network alarms, assisting in fault resolution and contributing to accident prevention. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with support teams and following established guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Tele2’s Baltic network and respond to alarms.
• Assist in fault handling and coordinate accident prevention.
• Provide remote assistance to support teams in daily operations.
• Execute tasks based on operational guidelines.
• Handle events, incidents and change management processes.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field (first‑year students accepted).
• Degree in Telecom is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong personal drive and desire for self‑learning.
• Ability to quickly master new information and handle stressful situations.
• Accuracy and high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in shifts.
