About the role

Join the Business Client Service team as a Business Client Consultant. You will be the primary point of contact for small and medium‑size enterprises, handling billing, service delivery questions and promoting Tet Business services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from SME clients.
• Explain invoices, resolve objections and provide solutions.
• Promote and sell Tet Business products to incoming and outgoing contacts.
• Maintain high‑quality customer service in every interaction.
• Achieve sales targets and earn performance‑based commissions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in phone‑based customer service or sales.
• Strong interest in understanding client needs and offering optimal solutions.
• High self‑discipline, teamwork capability and ability to work independently.
• Proficient Latvian language skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (office software, email handling).
