Bistro Service Employee & Bowling Operator

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Bistro service employee who will also operate the bowling area. The position involves working in shifts at our location on Baznīcas laukums 2, providing excellent service to guests in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers at the bistro.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and bowling areas.
• Assist guests with bowling equipment, lane assignments, and scoring.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale systems.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during each shift.

Required profile

• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.
