Associate Partner – Digital & Data

About the role

Civitta is seeking an Associate Partner to lead digital and data projects across Latvia (and Estonia). You will combine strategic thinking with technical execution to help clients turn strategy into measurable digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital projects and deliver fact‑based recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
• Coach and develop consulting teams, creating learning opportunities on projects.
• Simultaneously manage multiple consultant teams and client engagements.
• Develop new digital service lines within Civitta.
• Participate in local and international company management and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in creative and digital product delivery.
• Proven track record of leading projects from analysis to delivery.
• Professional proficiency in Latvian and English.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to contribute to company development.
• Ability to build a robust sales pipeline.
