About the role

We are looking for a qualified architect who can also lead projects within our growing engineering consultancy. The position is full‑time with the possibility to work partially remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop construction concept documentation and technical project files.
• Prepare and format explanatory notes, permits, and hand‑over documentation.
• Design small‑scale architectural placement projects and interior design solutions.
• Create 3D visualisations and work in the Construction Information System (BIS).
• Obtain technical specifications, approvals and coordinate with relevant institutions.
• Evaluate normative acts, calculate technical‑economic parameters and produce explanatory descriptions.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar architectural or project‑management role.
• Ability to plan and organise work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, authorities and internal teams.
• Willingness to take on project‑management responsibilities when needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience using a 3D visualisation tool (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.).
• Familiarity with the Construction Information System (BIS) and Latvian building regulations.
