About the role

We are looking for a reliable security guard to join our team in Cēsis. The position offers a stable, on‑time gross salary of €4.80 per hour and a flexible 12‑hour shift pattern (two days on, two days off).

Key responsibilities

• Monitor assigned premises to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to uphold security standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in Latvian.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid security guard certificate.
