AMS Account Manager Baltics

About the role

Brink's Baltics provides ATM Managed Services for all SEB ATMs in three Baltic countries. It is looking for an accomplished AMS Account Manager to join the team in Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia. The role manages the SEB Bank account by strengthening customer relationships and ensuring profitable, sustainable operations aligned with Brink's strategic objectives, acting as the local point of contact for all SEB account initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the customer, prepare business plans, forecasts and growth initiatives, and drive portfolio development
• Liaise with SEB Bank on operational matters, ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs and service levels are met
• Drive network efficiency under the AMS contract, including ATM relocation planning and execution with local teams
• Act as project manager for AMS initiatives and manage subcontractors and vendors, defining procurement requirements
• Handle invoice management and controls for the account
• Develop budgets, monitor performance against the plan, and report to the customer, central banks and internal stakeholders
• Identify process improvements, run market research and analysis, and manage AMS-related branding and marketing
• Collaborate with the Global AMS team, Sales, Operations, Finance and Marketing

Required profile

• Proven experience in ATM, cash management, banking or financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, work across time zones and handle multiple priorities
