Ads & Promos Sales Specialist – Global Ads

About the role

Wolt is expanding its media ecosystem across Europe and is looking for a Sales Specialist to drive revenue for its Ads and Promos business. Based in Latvia, you will work at the intersection of digital advertising and merchant partnerships, ensuring campaigns are launched, tracked, and optimized for maximum impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive local strategy to grow revenue for restaurant and merchant ads.
• Build and manage relationships with global brands, franchises, and local merchants.
• Design and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and acquire new customers.
• Motivate and lead a high‑performing local sales team to exceed ad revenue and acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and analytics teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and performance optimization.
• Support partners throughout the campaign lifecycle, from launch to post‑campaign analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital ad sales or advertising‑related revenue generation.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to convert restaurant and merchant partners into advertising clients.
• Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
