Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Trade Marketing Manager you will design and execute trade marketing programmes that drive sales growth and strengthen the Stanley brand across the Baltic region. You will collaborate closely with local sales teams, customers and internal stakeholders to deliver effective promotional campaigns and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out regional marketing and promotional activities.
• Create and launch promotions, product introductions, merchandising concepts and point‑of‑sale displays.
• Plan and coordinate customer events, trade fairs, product communications and translation needs.
• Partner with local sales teams to implement sell‑out activities and campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets and process purchase orders.
• Maintain systems, pricing information and related administrative processes.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in marketing, trade marketing, sales or a related commercial role.
• Experience with retail, distribution or B2B channels is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Professional proficiency in Latvian and English; knowledge of Lithuanian is advantageous.
