Total Rewards Partner

About the role

As a Total Rewards Partner you will drive the design, implementation and administration of Cabot’s global compensation, benefits and rewards programs. You will work closely with HR, line managers and senior leaders to ensure these programs support company goals, boost employee engagement and stay competitive in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, job architecture and incentive programs.
• Conduct market trend analysis, pay‑equity studies and salary range reviews across all regions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end process for global compensation surveys, aggregating large data sets from multiple vendors.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions and internal moves.
• Prepare communication materials, presentations and documentation to support program roll‑outs and updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits and total rewards.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, conduct benchmarking and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfort navigating complex, global environments and driving structure and discipline.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel expertise.
• Experience with Global HRIS applications.
• Familiarity with MarketPay (advantage).
• Knowledge of Workday (advantage).

• Permanent contract with a gross salary of €2,700‑€3,900 per month, plus monthly allowance and yearly bonus.
