About the role

Cēsu alus, the largest brewery in Latvia, is looking for a motivated Sales Promoter to ensure its products are prominently displayed and well‑stocked across retail locations in the Riga region.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange sales points according to company standards.
• Place products in refrigerators, shelves and on pallets.
• Install promotional materials at retail sites.
• Cover for sales representatives during vacation periods.

Required profile

• Responsible, precise, communicative and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work physically, intensively and independently.
• Good command of Latvian; additional languages are a plus.
• Category B driving licence for a manual‑shift vehicle.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Residence in Riga or the surrounding region.
