Technical Support Specialist (FinTech)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help onboard new merchants, investigate issues, monitor alerts, and provide technical support to internal teams in a fast‑growing FinTech project.

Key responsibilities

• Help onboard new merchants from a technical side.
• Investigate issues from merchants, providers, and internal teams; check logs and transactions to find causes.
• Monitor alerts and system status; help resolve incidents.
• Provide technical support to internal teams.
• Configure and maintain payment system settings (merchants, providers, rules, limits).
• Manage payment methods, routing, and limits.
• Assist with integrations and testing.

Required profile

• Experience with technical support or payment operations.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot incidents and work with engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics to non‑technical teams.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Ability to investigate payment issues using logs, API tools (Postman).
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and payment flows.
