About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team at Kinetics, a leading nail‑care product manufacturer in Latvia. You will proactively identify and engage talent for current and future needs, building a pipeline of high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Create a strong first impression of the company for potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with professionals, presenting Kinetics’ values, culture and growth opportunities.
• Source and approach top specialists, experts and managers across various fields.
• Deliver a positive and engaging interview experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their specific hiring needs and find the best fit.

Required profile
