System Support Engineer

About the role

The System Support Engineer will join Accenture Security’s Technology Enablement for Cyber Services team, working on high‑risk, high‑impact services for global clients. You will design, implement and maintain secure cloud and on‑premise infrastructure supporting red‑team, incident response and malware analysis activities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive design, implementation and optimisation of technical security solutions across Accenture Security business units.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible and automate the deployment of secure environments.
• Consult with security professionals worldwide on cloud and on‑premise architecture, ensuring compliance with standards such as NIST and PCI.
• Maintain and enhance existing infrastructure estate, acting as escalation point for critical support issues.

Required profile

• Several years of network engineering or systems administration experience, preferably with Linux.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals and multi‑cloud networking architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Recent (2+ years) focus on security architecture and solution design.
• Fluent English communication skills.
