Store Manager

About the role

Michael Kors is seeking a Store Manager for its Riga location to lead all aspects of store operations, build a high‑performing team and drive business results in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire, coach and develop the store team, recruiting top talent and ensuring ongoing training and onboarding.
• Manage HR matters, performance evaluations, talent succession and uphold brand image and grooming standards.
• Partner with the District Manager to analyse sales reports, set targets, create quarterly business plans and monitor results.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain client communication through clienteling applications and grow sales through database utilization.
• Oversee store operations including visual standards, inventory control, expense management and compliance with brand audits.
• Coordinate local events, collaborate with mall management and retail partners, and communicate performance insights across the district.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail, with a focus on coaching and team retention.
• Strong commercial mindset capable of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to resolve HR issues, manage talent pipelines and enforce brand standards.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder collaboration.
• Results‑oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
