Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to join our advertising agency. You will create engaging content, develop strategic presentations and drive social media projects for our clients on Meta and TikTok platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and produce content for client Meta and TikTok channels in collaboration with the design team.
• Work with copywriters to craft attention‑grabbing texts.
• Develop social media strategy proposals and present ideas to clients.
• Prepare and manage budgets for social media content production.
• Coordinate project workflow with designers, copywriters and the creative team.
• Monitor social media trends and generate innovative concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media projects or digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent Latvian and English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and presentation abilities.
• Experience planning advertising or social media budgets.
• Creative thinking, initiative and ability to meet deadlines.
