Social Media and Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media and Project Coordinator to join our Corporate Communications & Employer Brand team. You will craft engaging social media content and drive projects from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Create fresh social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram, from idea to publication.
• Manage FYUL’s corporate social media channels, including planning, scheduling, community management and performance tracking.
• Coordinate projects such as events, partner collaborations and other communications initiatives.
• Support additional team activities and day‑to‑day tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Latvian.
• Hands‑on experience with social media content creation, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Experience in event planning and project coordination.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
