About the role

As a Service Solutions Sales Representative for the Kurzeme region, you will promote Scania's comprehensive service portfolio to existing and prospective customers. The role focuses on selling vehicle repair and maintenance contracts, spare parts, and related equipment, while building long‑term relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Scania service contracts, spare parts, and bodywork accessories to customers in the Kurzeme region.
• Visit existing and potential clients regularly to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain long‑term partnerships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities and work with internal teams to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and sales performance in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven active sales experience, preferably in the automotive or transport sector.
• Good knowledge of vehicle technical structures and the transport industry.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of planning and organising work independently.
• Excellent Latvian and English communication skills for interaction with foreign clients.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
