Senior Operations & Revenue Assurance Analyst

About the role

Tele2 is seeking a Senior Operations & Revenue Assurance Analyst to support its Swedish B2B client portfolio. You will ensure the accuracy of all issued invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and act as a key liaison between suppliers, internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Validate supplier data, volumes, invoices, pricing, discounts and guarantee billing accuracy.
• Manage supplier and customer invoicing, including consulting services, hours and traffic‑related costs.
• Investigate invoice issues, resolve disputes and claims while complying with customer agreements.
• Monitor costs and revenues to identify discrepancies, revenue leakage and improvement opportunities.
• Administer customer contracts, support service changes, terminations and ensure billing compliance.
• Maintain and update system and master data when new services are introduced.
• Create and keep customer‑specific documentation, process descriptions and work instructions.

Required profile

• Experience in administration, billing, finance operations or a similar field.
• Ability to interpret customer contracts, pricing structures and commercial terms.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Experience documenting processes and producing clear work instructions.
• Good knowledge of Excel and administrative systems.
• Effective collaboration with suppliers, sales teams and internal stakeholders.
