Senior Lending Advisor – Mortgage Loans

About the role

Luminor is looking for a Senior Lending Advisor in Riga to deliver excellent service to new mortgage loan customers. The role covers professional consultations, preparation of applications for credit decisions and end-to-end processing of mortgage loan deals. The position is open mainly to candidates already living in the Baltics.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality consultations to new mortgage loan customers
• Prepare mortgage loan applications and documentation for internal decision-making
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of mortgage loan deals
• Sell banking products based on customer needs to meet individual targets
• Handle CRM tasks and keep CRM data compliant with established procedures
• Analyse mortgage loan applications, including customer risk assessment
• Cooperate with real estate partners and prepare loan project memos (MEMO)

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in mortgage lending, with strong knowledge of housing loan products, credit risk evaluation and end-to-end mortgage processes
• Good English; fluent spoken and written Latvian is required because the role works at Pan-Baltic level
• Excellent communication and customer advisory skills, strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage complex customer cases independently

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and banking product management
• Knowledge of mortgage lending and credit risk evaluation

• Gross salary starting from 2,300 EUR per month, depending on experience and competencies
