Senior FX Sales Executive – Riga

About the role

We are looking for a Senior FX Sales Executive to drive Ebury’s growth in Latvia. You will research and launch campaigns aimed at international operating companies, helping them manage foreign‑exchange needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients to expand the local database.
• Create, develop and manage business opportunities in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Country Manager.
• Onboard new clients and cross‑sell additional Ebury solutions to existing accounts.
• Deliver high‑level customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the wider team and provide regular sales progress reports.

Required profile

• Proven sales or relationship‑management experience in the financial‑services sector.
• Background in B2B or client‑facing environments.
• Fluent in English and Latvian.
• Good understanding of SME and Mid‑cap markets.
• Flexible mindset with a sense of urgency suited to a fast‑paced culture.
• Preferably experience in banking, fund management or foreign‑exchange markets.
