Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is part of Circle K's Global Finance organization and is responsible for the full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely management accounting and reporting, including market review, business review, CAPEX, ROCE, OPEX and margin analysis.
• Manage operational issues, resolve reporting discrepancies and perform quality reviews of colleagues’ work.
• Develop and automate reporting processes to reduce processing time and increase efficiency.
• Lead analysis of financial performance against budget and prior periods for the assigned Business Unit.
• Maintain close dialogue with the Business Unit and stakeholders across Europe and North America.

Required profile

• Solid experience in Controlling or Audit, preferably in an international environment.
• Degree in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics or a related field; ACCA certification or studies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and process‑analysis skills with the ability to drive improvements.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency with BI tools and general accounting systems.
• Experience with Oracle JDE.
• Experience with Finance Cube.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Longview.
